• Non-Appropriation Clause built in to our lease agreement which allows payments to come from the operating budget. If funds for the equipment become unavailable for any legal reason, the equipment is returned and the lease can be terminated.
  
  
• Buy-out Option anytime after the first fiscal year. A detailed amortization schedule is provided for every transaction.
  
  
• Escrow agreements, if necessary, can be structured to provide for incremental disbursements for transactions requiring long installation periods or multiple vendor disbursements.
  
  
• Conserve cash flow allowing use of the equipment to be matched to the tax revenue in those periods.
