Thank you for your interest in Columbia’s SBA Loan program. As an SBA originator, we do the financial packaging and credit processing to qualify your company. Upon determination of eligibility we submit your package to one of our SBA preferred lending partners.
Our program allows you to avoid the intimidation factor of dealing with a financial institution. In most cases you do not even have to leave your office through the complete process and funding.
Like a mortgage or buying a new home, there is paperwork. Our job is to take the time to go over every document to leave you with complete understanding and confidence.
Your loan has a better opportunity to be approved through us because we work with a group of the top preferred lender banks. Each one has certain business likes and dislikes. We place your loan with the bank that is most suitable to your needs. Our fee is due and payable only after you receive a letter of approval from our lender bank. The fee covers the following:
- Generating all Personal Credit Bureau Reports
- Verifying business credit references, bank balances, and other debts & loans
- Reviewing and analyzing your financial statements and tax returns
- Reviewing management and business profiles for SBA requirements
- Phone conferences with yourself, your bookkeeper and CPA
- Compilation of all of the above information for comprehensive write-up to lender
- Continuing negotiations with lender until loan is approved and funded
